Portfolio
This is the website I redesigned.
The Leeds Food Aid Network (FAN) exists to bring together a range of food aid providers, agency workers, the city Council and members of the wider public, to help tackle food poverty effectively in the city of Leeds. This is part of Food
Wise Leeds and the West Yorkshire Food Poverty Network, which is connected to the national initiative Feeding Britain.
Invisible Cities
I adapted Italo Calvino’s "Cities & Memory" into a digital format. I focused on creating a clean, typographic layout that makes the stories easy to read, using a classic color scheme and a simple navigation system to organize the text.
Fluid / Responsive Layout.
I turned an old Sears catalog of block machines into a web layout. I focused on creating a clear grid to showcase the different designs and specs.
The Peatcutter's Croft.
I turned the information for a Scottish cottage into a clean web layout. I used a simple three-column structure to organise the text and quotes, with a natural green colour scheme that matches the highland theme.
Playground
This work experiments with composition, spacing, and color contrast using pure HTML and CSS. I used repeated geometric forms and a simple grid rhythm to practice layout control and visual balance.
